FREEZE-DRIED COFFEE

Soytex also offers for supply instant freeze dried coffee from the world's leading producers. Freeze-dried instant coffee is produced by dehydration of roasted coffee extract using lyophilization. This technology consists of removing water by freezing and subsequent sublimation. It preserves the natural aromatic compounds of coffee and gives freeze-dried coffee a higher standard of quality.
